City must be a real city that can be found on the map. also Team name must be PG-13 and nothing pornographic or anything stupid keep it sane for members who may take issues with it but be creative.
Draft Order Chances:
1st Team signed up will have best odds of drafting 1st overall and so on. so don't wait to claim your spot as (McDavid is on the line.) ( DHS Commish me will have worst odds.)
